Doesn't this look like what could have been one of the big surf bands of the 60's?  Yes, it's Merri Lee and the Dorks.

Well, we weren't a band - we were cousins.  From left to right, its me, my cousin Brad and his older brother Jeff, and my younger sister Merri Lee.  Its obvious we all were heavily influenced by each other when it came time to pick out our glass frames.

And if you hadn't already noticed, that's Grandma's white-flocked Christmas tree with the red-ball motif that was the rage in the late 60's.   [If we only knew what those color wheels were worth in today's market. oh well.]
