pocket watch

This was a gift back in the early 70's.   Never did have an inscription.  I think I used it for a year or two since I really didn't like wearing wristwatches.  When you spend your days on the drafting board, the watchband becomes a nuisance.  

Now that my fingers are usually punching a keyboard, I've taken to wearing a watch again.
